To be or not to be

To or not to be..A pretty weird title to used considering the content of this post..basically our everyday life revolve in making decision and it is not necessarily the right one..people always says that the wrong one is the one that give us experience but then how many of us that being judge just because we made the wrong one?.There is also a sayings that says that our choices define us as a person and that is the most absurd thing I ever heard.How could we ever define a person with such a simple principle?This beautiful world doesn't exist with only the present of two most prominent color and the same thing goes to a choices that we have to choose.Even though there are a simple yes or no but there can be various complex underlying reasons why we have to make that choice.Then defining a person is not a mundane and simple thing to do but it is even better if we can just stop judging people.

In Malaysia, English were always a constant issue when it comes for educations. The focus of the problems varies based on the educational level where it starts from primary school until higher education level. In higher learning an institution, the use of English becomes more demanding and crucial for it has becomes the principle language of education. Each student were expected to have at least intermediate level Of proficiencies but sadly some of the student that enroll either private or public university have low level of English proficiencies. Moreover with a low level of proficiencies the students will encounter difficulties while trying to complete their programmed especially science and Technology based programmed. There is a few reason that contributes to the low proficiencies among the university student where it started the students language learning development until the students social background.

How to rant
There is a time when we talked with our friend and they rant about certain topic.
sometimes the topic really make you think but more than always they just...you know..complaining
so here's a few tips on how to rant constructively
1.Wits..the ability to deliver our pints without the target realize they are being attack..
2.Dark humor...sometimes when we rants it point to certain groups of people..to a certain level it'll become offensive.. then we need a
little bit of humor to loosen up the tensions.
3.skeptic..being skeptic will help us to see the real truth (without the rainbow and butterfly) of the situation..its hurt so deal with it.
4.Bravery..brave enough to take the consequences in any degree possible.
5.Facts..hard blow facts that makes people nods like a parrot.
